You can order convenient monthly service by signing up for our recurring and subscription plans. Select the plan you would like to receive and place it in your shopping cart. Service will begin a few days after placing the order and will be shipped on the same day every month. Should you choose to modify your service please check your FIJI Water Account (login required) or call customer service at 888.426.4602 or email delivery@FIJIWater.com.
If you have signed up for "My Account" while placing your order, you will be able to update your delivery address information within your account. Upon updating, your next order will automatically ship to your new address. To modify other components of your recurring or subscription order, such as quantities, delivery dates, etc., Please send an email to delivery@FIJIWater.com or call 888.426.4602.
Yes. FIJI Water provides delivery service to homes, offices and business locations across the continental United States.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer FIJI Water Delivery in Canada.
At the moment, we are unable to provide shipping to multiple destinations within the same order. Please place separate orders if you wish to have multiple cases of FIJI Water delivered to two or more addresses, FREE of charge.
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. To track your package, simply open the email and follow the link. If you have difficulties please email delivery@FIJIWater.com or call 888.426.4602.
The vast majority of orders are shipped via UPS ground and should arrive within 3-5 business days. In certain markets or under special circumstance (e.g. large quantity orders over 30 cases), your delivery may arrive via a special delivery service.
Your order will be shipped on the following day after it was placed. If your order was placed over the weekend, it will typically ship on the following business day.
We rarely encounter material damage or missed deliveries with our carrier. If you, however, feel that your product has arrived seriously damaged and is unfit for consumption, please contact us immediately at 888.426.4602 or email us at delivery@FIJIWater.com. We will work with you as best as possible to confirm the issue and send a replacement product if appropriate. For deliveries deemed missing, please allow up to 10 business days since placing your order before contacting us to ensure that the carrier has had sufficient amount of time to deliver your shipment.
If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service at 888.426.4602 or email us at delivery@FIJIWater.com. We will gladly replace your shipment with the appropriate item free of charge.

If you wish to cancel your one-time or recurring order, please send an email to delivery@FIJIWater.com or call 888.426.4602 as soon as possible. For recurring monthly orders, your cancellation will become effective with the next scheduled shipment. Please note that we are unable to cancel your one-time order once the product has shipped. Discounted and prepaid subscription orders (i.e. our 3, 6, and 12-month plans) cannot be cancelled or refunded. However you can have all your shipments delivered at once.
No, the rPET bottle does not affect the quality and taste of FIJI Water. FIJI Water still has the same smooth taste in a more sustainable bottle. It’s Earth’s Finest Water.
Yes, just like the PET used in our other bottles, rPET bottles are safe for food and beverage packaging. The recycled material undergoes rigorous cleaning and testing before it is brought to market.
Yes, FIJI Water’s recycled plastic bottles are made from recycled material and are recyclable. We encourage everyone to always recycle, allowing us to continue the recyclability loop for years to come.
The recycled plastic most commonly used for beverage containers is officially known as rPET, which stands for recycled polyethylene terephthalate. When plastic containers are used by consumers and then recycled, the bottles are broken down and reconstructed into new rPET bottles. The transition to 100% recycled plastic (rPET) bottles* means that no new plastic is being created and put into circulation with these bottles. Other than the added rPET logo on the bottle, customers shouldn’t notice a difference, delivering the same great taste, look and quality that people come to expect from Earth’s Finest Water.

As a first step in our transition to recycled plastic, we wanted to make the most meaningful impact. In starting with our best-selling 500 mL and 330 mL bottles, we are transitioning nearly 70% of our total bottle volume in the United States to recycled plastic.* We look forward to continuing this momentum in the coming years.

FIJI Water has worked in partnership with Conservation International to conserve more than 40,000 acres of one of Fiji's largest remaining unprotected indigenous rain forest, the Sovi Basin, preventing future logging and degradation of the area. FIJI Water also partnered with local community members to plant 325,000 new trees across 2.800 acres. Currently, we are working with the Fijian government on their efforts to develop recycling initiatives across the archipelago and are a key partner in the largest recycling program in Fiji.
If you purchased a Recurring or Subscription Plan you will see additional orders placed in My Account. These are shipping orders from our warehouses and not additional transactions or double transactions. This is an easy way for you to keep track of the shipments.

One hundred percent of FIJI Water is from a single source in the pristine, tropical Fiji Islands, an archipelago of over 300 islands nestled in the South Pacific, more than 1600 miles from the nearest industrialized country. It is bottled at the source in the remote Yaqara Valley on the island of Viti Levu.
Artesian water comes from an aquifer; a naturally formed underground chamber consisting of layers of permeable volcanic rock that bears water, overlain by protective rock that limits the entry of contaminants into the confined aquifer and pressurizes the chamber. In order to access the water, the rock barrier must be penetrated by a borehole or the creation of a well.
FIJI Water is different because of its extraordinary source – a protected artesian aquifer found deep underground in the remote Fiji Islands. The unique mineral profile, which contributes to FIJI Water’s signature soft, smooth taste, reflects Earth's Finest Water® sourced from an artesian aquifer and untouched until you unscrew the cap.

FIJI Water has more than double the electrolytes compared to the other two top premium bottled water brands, and they are 100% naturally occurring. These electrolytes give FIJI Water its signature soft mouthfeel and smooth taste.
FIJI Water has a perfectly balanced 7.7 pH. Pure or purified water has a pH of 7. Drinking and natural water can range in pH due to dissolved minerals and gases. Solutions with a pH of less than 7 are said to be “acidic” and those higher than 7, “alkaline”.
FIJI Water uses the standard “best by” date for all water sold in the United States of two years. The “best by” date can be found on the back of each FIJI Water bottle, beneath the label. The FDA does not require an expiration date.
FIJI Water’s 330mL and 500mL bottles are made from 100% recycled plastic* (recycled polyethylene terephthalate or rPET). FIJI Water’s 700mL, 1L, and 1.5L bottles are made from high-grade PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plastic, which is designated with the #1 code at the bottom of the bottle. The FDA approves rPET and PET as safe for contact with food and beverages. rPET and PET are also fully recyclable and can be transformed into a number of products such as food and beverage packages, apparel, carpet, automotive parts, and construction materials. rPET and PET have a broad application in the food and beverage industry, serving as primary packaging for numerous items, including soft drinks, juices, ready-to-drink teas and water as well as food items such as ketchup or peanut butter. rPET and PET have been safely used for many years and has met FDA’s rigorous standards, ensuring its safety as food and beverage container. The FDA has conducted research reviews and concluded that rPET and PET containers do not pose health risk to consumers and do not leach harmful amounts of substances into their contents under foreseeable conditions of use. No, FIJI Water packaging is not made with Bisphenol A (BPA), a chemical intermediate used to make plastics and resin. FIJI Water bottles have never contained BPA.
FIJI Water does not come in glass bottles. We bottle our water exclusively in high-grade PET bottles and rPET bottles, as that is the optimal packaging that protects the quality of our water (against oxygen migration and carbon dioxide which can affect taste), ensures product safety (no breakage), and minimizes environmental impact (lightweight, lower emission during transport and less waste).
