A. Here's the schedule for game day:
12PM: Check-in
1PM: Metro Hunt
4-6PM: After-party/awards ceremony
Q. What are the criteria for competing in the FIJI Water Metro Hunt?
A. Although there are no hard and fast criteria, we will be looking for participants who are the movers and shakers in their city - local tastemakers, if you will. If you have a locally focused blog with a large following, or if you have a hip business, chances are, we'd love to have you participate. Please keep in mind that space is limited, so the earlier you apply, the better chance you have.
Q. How can I become a sponsor of the FIJI Water Metro Hunt?
A. No, if you choose, you can participate solo, but we do recommend participating with someone, just because it's more fun. Teams can have a maximum of two people. If you like, we can try to match you with a team partner, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Q. Do we both need smartphones?
A. It's not required, but it's highly recommended that you both have working smartphones and/or iPads on game day, just in case the captain's device should have a problem. However, we will only be checking the captain's accounts, so you should make sure that those are loaded and ready to go on each device you are using. (Hint: Having two devices linked to the captain's accounts will also help save time with tasks and clues!)
Q. Do I have to be in good shape?
A. It's not a requirement, but it doesn't hurt! You will be covering a lot of ground on game day, so we recommend that you ditch the stilettos (at least until the cocktail reception afterward), get a good night's sleep, and come prepared.
