Why does FIJI Water have different back labels?

FIJI Water currently has six different back labels, each of which tells a different part of the FIJI Water story.

What is the flower shown on the FIJI Water front label?

The flower depicted on the FIJI Water front label is the hibiscus, which is found throughout Fiji.

Why does FIJI Water have a picture of a palm frond on its label?

The palm frond gracing our bottles is an important image associated with Fiji. Palms are found throughout the Fijian archipelago and are a critical part of the area’s ecosystem.

What is “natural artesian water”?

FIJI Water is natural artesian water, which means it comes from a source deep within the earth that is protected by solid, confining layers of stone, sand, earth, and/or clay. 

What kind of plastic does FIJI Water use to make their bottles?

FIJI Water’s bottles are made from high-grade PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plastic, which is fully recyclable.

What is Bisphenol A (BPA)?

Bisphenol A (BPA) is a chemical intermediate used to make plastics and resins and is most often used to make large (18-liter) polycarbonate plastic containers. FIJI Water bottles have never contained Bisphenol A.

Does FIJI Water come in glass bottles?

FIJI Water does not come in glass bottles at this time. Because of this, the bottles are never exposed to chemical solvents and other agents used to clean glass bottles that can affect the taste of the water.
