Vote for the Spring 2010 New York Fashion Week Internship Finalists
New York Fashion week is just around the corner and our search for four fantastic interns continues.
FIJI Water's Fall 2009 Fashion Week interns
We carefully read through all the entries we received on our blog and narrowed our choices down to seven fabulous fashionistas, who have submitted videos of themselves answering these questions:
1. If Fashion Week were an island and you could take only three things with you, what would they be and why?
2. If you were a pair of shoes, which pair of shoes would you be and why?
3. If you were to attend a premiere Fashion Week party, what would you wear and why?
Now it’s up to you to vote for your favorite intern candidate. Voting starts Jan. 22, 2010 (now!), and ends 11:59 p.m., Jan 28, 2010. Please remember that only the votes on our poll below are counted. Ratings and comments on YouTube do not count. Official interns will be announced on or around Feb. 1, 2010. Check out the videos below and vote for your favorite! The four candidates with the most votes will move on to a week of water ambassadorship and haute couture. Good luck to everyone!

Dawn Conrade is beautiful, has enormous charisma, cannot take my eyes off her, and would be an enormous asset in this campaign for Fiji. . . . if Hollywood doesn’t get her first!

I have also known Patrice since she was young. She is an amazing person to work with, and she has an awesome personality to boot. Even if she doesn’t win, to work at Fashion Week has been a dream of hers since ever, and she will end up working there anyway. You might as well just cut out the middle man.

You can definitely tell from her video that she lives for fashion! And like her high-tops, she’s unique : ) very cute!
the other contestants had great videos as well, but Lauren’s seemed to shine the most. She’s classy and original!

If anyone deserves this it’s Lauren Crumpecker!!! I have had the privelage of working with Lauren before, and with her creativity, incredible work ethic, and fabulous fasion sense, she is by far the best person for this internship!!!

Lauren Crumpecker is an inspiration to us all; the way she is so passionate about what she wants to do, you can tell she is soooo worth first place. Obviously the votes represent how Lauren is fully capable of getting the word out to a mass audience, just like she could do for Fiji water. Get it girl. You are the BEST!!!!

I wish success for the all the artists/contestants. However, of all the people I’ve met in my life Dawn Conrad embodies a phrase I often avoid. She “deserves” our support as much as possible. She has given her life to the ones she loves and perhaps it’s time she creates her own path. Forgive the cheesiness but sometimes ya just gotta.

From what I can tell, everyone who has posted knows the people they are voting for. As an outside person having never met any of these girls, I think the one who actally took time and put effort and thought into her video is # 4 down Lauren Crumpecker.
All of the girls thought about their answers, but the quality and thought put into her video is refreshing. I hope that people vote fairly.

laura hands down has to be the best. she is very unique. she dosent look fake in her video. this is her dream, her life, and nothing she said wasnt true. i have known laura for 121/2 years and she has always been outgoing and wants to stand out. she needs your help to win this. i know she will make it though. good luck to all especially laura:):)

Aislinn is the best for sure. Ive known her since 5th grade and has been my best friend for years and will always be. She would always have my back no matter what and i know i can always always depend on her. I know how much she wants this internship and how much she deserves it.
