FW: What style is your cuisine?
BK: Contemporary American.

FW: What are your favorite dishes?
BK: I don’t really have a favorite dish, exploring new places and trying new things is how I usually dine.

FW: What is your perfect day?
BK: My perfect day would be restaurant hoping with friends, trying as much and as many different foods and cocktails that one can possibly fit into a day.

FW: Why do you choose to serve FIJI Water?
BK: Fiji just tastes better…plain and simple.
