Fine Food on the Beach at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival
FIJI Water has been a regular attendee at the world-famous South Beach Wine & Food Festival, held every winter in warm South Beach, Florida. This year’s festival held February 21-24, was the best yet.
SOBE, as it is often called, is star-studded, four-day destination event showcasing the talents of the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities. Co-sponsored by both FOOD & WINE magazine and the Food Channel, the festival draws tens of thousands to the beach to feast on some of the finest food, wine and spirits the country and the world have to offer. Guest chefs this year included Rachael Ray, Paula Deen, Bobby Flay, Daniel Boulud and Michael Syman.
Hosted by Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida and Florida International University, the festival benefits FIU’s Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center. Going into its 12th year, the festival has raised approximately $17 million to date for FIU.
FIJI Water was the exclusive water in the Grand Tasting Tent, the heart of the festival. And, for the first time, our sister wines JUSTIN and Landmark were poured in the tent.
