It was one night to remember! Perez Hilton’s One Night in Austin musical party at SXSW last Saturday night lived up to the hype. And if you don’t believe us, check out some of the photos on our Facebook page. Clearly, a good time was had by all.
Over a dozen musicians played at the event, including B.o.B., Dev, Timbaland, Kreayshawn, Dragonette, Cher Lloyd, Ed Sheeran, Kat Graham, Kimbra, Rosi Golan, Cris Cab and Miguel, raising $46,800 for VH1′s Save the Music Foundation to keep music education in schools.
The highlight for FIJI Water was our custom t-shirt station. We created four beautiful designs guests could use to create their own t-shirts with the help of our on-site screen printing pros. We knew it would be fun, but we had no idea how popular it would be: We went through 500 t-shirts! A big thanks to screen printers Hit+Run, who made each guest feel special.
Those tees keep popping up on Twitter and Facebook, too, because we’ve got a little “TwitPic” contest going for the best photo of a custom tee from the One Night in Austin event. The contest ends Friday, with the winner (as selected by FIJI Water’s judges) getting six months of FIJI Water Delivery free.
After getting their shirt screen printed, many guests hung out to “graffiti” our wall. Whether a fun doodle or them professing their love for FIJI Water, our walls evolved as the 8-hour music party rolled on.
We also got a surprise visit from Paul Qui, Top Chef winner, who came by and grabbed a FIJI and tee in between dancing his heart out to the music.

The Can We Network bus ferried journalists, bloggers, and the occasional celeb around Austin all week.
The other big “event” of SXSW for FIJI Water was the Can We Network bus, which shepherded journalists and bloggers around Austin during the week.
FIJI Water was there to keep everyone hydrated, including some fabulous musical passengers, like Timbaland and Mumford & Sons (two acts that aren’t normally on the same bus, so to speak).
