On March 31 FIJI Water global president David Ricanati officially announced the appointment of Rokoseru Nabalarua (pictured at left) as chief executive of Natural Waters of Viti Limited, the Fijian arm of FIJI Water.
In his new role, Nabalarua will oversee all of FIJI Water’s activities in Fiji and the Pacific.
The appointment is a historic one for the company: Nabalarua is the first Fijian citizen to be CEO of Natural Waters of Viti. Hailing from Fiji’s Kadavu province, Nabalarua is an engineer by training who was previously CEO of Pacific Energy and the Fiji Electricity Authority. He is married with five children.
President Ricanati said Nabalarua’s extensive experience in the Pacific would be a major benefit to the company.
