For the 10th year, FIJI Water was once again selected as the Official Water Sponsor of the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, the nation’s premiere culinary event consisting of superstar chefs, winemakers, and industry experts. Cooking demonstrations and wine tastings with the most fantastic wines from around the globe, including our wines from JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery and Landmark Vineyards were some of the highlights of this year’s event.
FIJI Water was also present at the Grand Tasting pavilion where guests were encouraged to “treat themselves” with the world’s finest water in our custom designed space and were given bags of gourmet rock candy (in our signature FIJI blue). Our wonderful FIJI Ambassadors circulated through the crowds in their blue dresses and distributed FIJI Water to thirsty guests. Artist Elvis Costello was also seen on-stage in a private concert celebrating the event’s 30th Anniversary sipping a bottle of FIJI Water.
The event was also a huge success for Our JUSTIN and Landmark Tasting Room teams, as they poured our wines in the Grand Tasting tents throughout the weekend. The On-Premise Sales team also produced a dinner on Friday at Matsuhisa with the Southern Wine & Spirits National Accounts Team, where the SWS Corporate team were able to experience a full tasting of our wines, not to mention, paired with a delicious menu.
