By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements of the winners.
TO ENTER: Between 12:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on October 15, 2010 and 11:59 p.m. PST on October 29, 2010 (“Entry Period”), visit www.fijiwater.com and follow the directions provided therein to enter any required information (i.e., name, e-mail, phone number and address), and submit. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PST on October 29, 2010 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address for the entire Entry Period. No purchase necessary. Entries received from any person or e-mail address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held within three (3) days after the Entry Period from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified within three (3) days of the random drawing by phone, mail and/or e-mail and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner selected. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, or if any potential winner refuses their prize, at Sponsor’s discretion, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Further, Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover prizes at its sole discretion.
PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE (1): A one (1) night / two (2) days stay at the Tanoa Plaza Hotel in Suva, Fiji and continental breakfast for two (2) guests, and one (1) case of FIJI® bottled water (size and quantity to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): F$237.50. FIRST PRIZE (1): Dinner for two (2) at the Hard Rock Café in Denarau, Nadi, and one (1) case of FIJI® bottled water (size and quantity to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: F$132.50. Total ARV of all prizes: F$370.00. All prizes are awarded by Sponsor. Except as otherwise specified herein, the prizes do not include: (i) any transportation to or from Suva, Fiji; Denarau, Nadi; Tanoa Plaza Hotel; Hard Rock Café; or any other place or event; or (ii) any accommodations. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and any other expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prizes not specified herein as being awarded. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prizes or redeem prizes for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or any portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in Los Angeles, California, and all claims must be resolved in the appropriate state and federal courts of Los Angeles, California.
