Time to throw on your Louboutins, people!
New York Fashion Week is less than a week away, which means that as you read this, ten thousand pairs of $600 stilettos are stampeding towards Lincoln Center, the new epicenter of Fashion Week.
FIJI Water is going to be a big part of the festivities this year: We’re the official water of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, the biggest, glam-est event of the hundreds of shows going on during the week. That’s where leading designers will be showcasing their collections, and where most of the press, celebrities, and hangers-on will be collecting like moths to the flame.
We also have some exciting partnerships to announce with hot designers Christian Siriano (of Project Runway fame) and media darling Charlotte Ronson.
The FIJI Will Flow
Because we are the official water at the big tents in Lincoln Center, FIJI will be readily available at all shows, a development that has already garnered a sigh of relief from the Tweetosphere. Just so you know: We’re happy to be back, too.
We’re not just providing the water, though — we’re also providing all the recycling for MB Fashion Week. Keep an eye out for blue recycling containers throughout Lincoln Center for attendees to toss their empty bottles of FIJI.
Remember, like the color black, recycling is always in fashion.

The FIJI Look
The other big news is that we’ve partnered with Christian Siriano and Charlotte Ronson to come up with exclusive looks inspired by FIJI’s iconic square bottle, pristine source, and distinctive taste. Models wearing the FIJI-inspired looks will be passing out bottles of FIJI to front-row VIPs at fashion shows all week long.
Please, if you see a model struggling with bottles of FIJI, do them a favor and take one.
Say Hello to Our Interns
Finally, this fall, like last spring, FIJI will have four starry-eyed interns on hand schlepping cases of FIJI Water and soaking up the scene. If you’re at the event, come say hi to Toneisha, Erin, Jenny, and Ashley.
