1. Do I need to buy anything to participate?
No purchase is necessary.

2. When does the contest begin?
Entries can be submitted beginning at midnight, Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 < ![endif] >< ! [if gte mso 9]> < ![endif] >April 10, 2010 at 12:00:01 A.M. Pacific Time (“PT”) Zone in the U.S.

3. When does it end?
Entries submitted after 11:59:59 P.M., April 24, 2010, PT will not be accepted.

4. What does the video have to be about?
The theme or content of your video submission can be about anything you want, but it must showcase both FIJI Water and Air Pacific Airlines. Videos will be judged on particular criteria, so although your video can be about anything, your chances of being chosen as a finalist are greater if your video contains elements of each of the judging criteria. Videos must also use all assets provided by FIJI Water and Air Pacific. Videos that contain lewd or inappropriate language or behavior or material deemed to be damaging towards the brands will be disqualified.

5. Who can participate?
The “Two Tickets to Paradise” Video Contest is open to residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam), Australia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years or older.

6. Can I have other people in my video?
Yes, but all participants depicted in your video must sign required release forms, which must be submitted before your prize is rewarded.

7. What are the dates I need to remember?
The most important dates are April 10, which is the first day entries can be submitted; April 24th, which marks the last day to enter a video into the contest; and May 4, when visitors to the FIJI Water blog can vote on their favorite video submission. The voting period will end on May 10, 2010 at 11:59:59 P.M., PT.

8. Where do I upload my video submission?
All contest entrants must upload their videos to YouTube.

9. How long does my video submission need to be?
All video submissions must show a time between :28 and :32 seconds once they have been uploaded to YouTube.

10. What assets can I use in my video submission?
Contest participants must use all the assets provided by FIJI Water and/or Air Pacific and must not use any asset, such as music or a moving image, that is protected by copyright laws. This restriction also applies to corporate logos, such as those worn on clothing or promotional signage.

11. Where can I find the assets I need for my video submission?

12. What are your criteria for judging a video submission? How will it be evaluated?
Video submissions will be judged according to, but not limited to, their content; creativity; originality; professionalism; use of Air Pacific/FIJI Water products, logos, and taglines; understanding of what FIJI Water and Air Pacific stand for (videos must be in line with both brands’ look/feel); and overall “mass appeal.”

13. How are votes on a video calculated?
In the first round of judging, all entries will be evaluated by FIJI Water, and up to ten videos chosen will then be posted to the FIJI Water blog. During this second phase of the contest, videos will be voted on by visitors to the FIJI Water blog.

14. When will winners be notified?
Winners will be notified within five days of the end of the public voting period.

15. How many times can I vote on a video?
You can vote only once during the entire contest.

16. Will I be disqualified if my video submission does not meet the time requirements? What else could potentially disqualify me?
Yes. Any video submissions that do not meet the time requirements will automatically be disqualified. Applicants will not be notified if they are disqualified. You may also be disqualified for lewd and inappropriate language or images, inaccurate submission information, inclusion of copyright-protected material, and failure to follow contest rules and regulations.

18. What is the Grand Prize?
The winner of the contest Grand Prize will receive two business-class, round-trip tickets to select Air Pacific destinations.

19. What is the Runner-Up Prize?
The winner of the runner-up prize will receive two round-trip, economy-class tickets to select Air Pacific destinations.

20. Does FIJI Water and/or Air Pacific have the right to use my video in a commercial aspect?
Yes. Upon submission, all videos and contest-related creative efforts become the property of FIJI Water and Air Pacific, even if they are not chosen as finalists.

21. Will my contact information be used in any capacity outside of the contest?
No. All contact information submitted by contest entrants will only be used for correspondence pertaining to the contest itself or any other promotional event sponsored by Air Pacific or FIJI Water.

22. How will I know that you received my entry submission?
Successful submission of a contest entry will result in an automatically generated email sent to the email account you provide.
