The Perfect Pairing: Award-Winning Winery Now Part of FIJI Water
They’ve finally found it. Today, FIJI Water is proud to announce the acquisition of JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery in Paso Robles, California. JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery is a critically-acclaimed, world class premium wine brand that FIJI Water and its parent company, Roll International, are proud to add to their portfolio (pictured above are, from left to right, JUSTIN’s co-proprietors Justin and Deborah Baldwin, Resnick, and Cochran).
A Mutual Commitment to Superior Taste
For anyone familiar with both FIJI Water and JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, today’s announcement should make perfect sense. Both of our companies have built successful businesses with deeply loyal followings founded on a simple premise: the superior taste of our products.
In JUSTIN’s case, their blends and single varietals have won innumerable awards and benchmarks for popularity. Their 2007 FOCUS was recently granted an eye-popping 95 points by Wine Spectator. At the same time, JUSTIN’s cabernet sauvignon is the mostly widely drunk wine by the glass in American restaurants.
JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery was founded in 1981 by co-proprietors Justin and Deborah Baldwin. In addition to the winery, JUSTIN also has a beautiful bed & breakfast, tasting room, restaurant, and the private Wine Society Lounge where JUSTIN’s wine club members can sip the latest vintages.
FIJI Water’s goal will be to provide the new member of the family the opportunity to grow without compromising quality. At all.
Of course, when it comes to managing the quality of the product, growing a wine business is a lot trickier than growing a water business. That’s why the Baldwins will be staying on as Founders and Advisors to the business, continuing to do what they do best – make great wine.
FIJI Water also has the experience, expertise, and dedication of JUSTIN’s employees to rely on. Here at FIJI Water, we are excited to get to know the “Paso Robles contingent,” preferably over a glass of the ’07 ISOSCELES up in Paso. Welcome!
