Visitors to the FIJI photo booth at the 2009 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen
I was told that the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen was the biggest and best epicurean event in the U.S., and now I know why. Not only were all the top chefs in attendance, but there were huge crowds at every grand tasting session, cooking demonstration and wine seminar even during the rainy afternoon session on Saturday.

Chef Mario Batali stops by FIJI Water's photo booth.
Our FIJI Water booth was strategically located just inside the main entrance. Talk about well placed and appreciated! Between the endless drinking of wine the night before and the adjustment to the high-altitude dryness of Aspen, we literally provided an oasis for F&W ticket-holders.
This year we added a photo booth element, offering free souvenir photos that print out in mere seconds. It was a hit! The most amazing part was that it had an automatic Photoshop feature, which made everyone’s dark circles from lack of sleep virtually disappear.
It was three days (and nights) of good food, wine and fun. I highly recommend the experience to anyone who likes to eat or drink.
